Our apartment is located in the small center of Yerevan in Mashtots Ave. 3 -5minutes walk till the Republic Square.
It is One room well repaired, equipped (air conditioner, refrigerator, TV set, hot water 24 hours, telephone), furnished (new furniture, set-cover for 6 persons, etc.) apartment on the second floor of a stone building.
Double bed and a sofa which can be used as a bed.
You can have your separate apartment in Yerevan and be independent.

Price per night:
30 USD for one person,
35 USD for 2 persons
45 USD for 3 persons.

The only restriciton is the minimum reservation shouldn't be less than 3 nights.

For additional fees (lower than existing in market) could be provided additional services: transportation in Armenia, car rent with driver translator, different tours, PC, internet access. Specific services could be discussed on demand.
