From Rio: take the brige to Niteroi and go towards Cabo Frio, on Região dos Lagos. From there to Arraial, it´s only 10km of a very good road.
Or go to the Bus Terminal and take a bus that costs R$30 to Arraial, the name of the company is 1001. Have a nice trip!
