About us
The Cottages Baie Cascouia and the BnB « Au bord du Lac » are located in the center of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean in the municipality of Larouche, on the edge of Lake Kénogami. It is the ideal place for those who want to spend a pleasant stay in a peaceful location, surrounded by nature, at the water's edge and near the major cities of the region.

Accommodation
The chalet Le tricia a two bedroom closed cottage for 6 people with leather sofa bed in the living room.
The chalet Le Louzana and Le Kim have two bedroom closed cottage for 6 people with leather sofa bed.
The chalet Le Marie-Kate and Le Gabriel have one bedroom closed cottage for 4 people with leather sofa bed.

The three rooms in shared gite room, all a private lounge and flat tv
All have access to the outdoor summer kitchen, palapa with private beach corner.
Dishes, free coffee.

Terms of Sales

TERMS OF CANCELATION
• When booking, the establishment requires 30% of the total amount of the invoice, either by Visa or MasterCard. The balance is payable in cash or traveler's check, the reason is simple we do not have terminal for credit cards. 30% non-refundable deposit. • If canceled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
Cancellation fees
If canceled or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
In case of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the reservation online, this amount will be refunded after deduction of the cancellation fees.
If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

TAXES
Rates are displayed excluding taxes and displayed excluding taxes on accommodation in force in the Government.
The tax applied to the price of your reservation is 14.97%. This tax will be added online to the total amount of your reservation as well as the accommodation tax of 3.5%.
