About us
Our home was built in 1919 in an exclusive resident area that now is the tourist area of Vina del Mar and there are few houses like this in Vina del Mar.
We are a young traveler’s couple that opened our property for the backpackers around the world on December 2013. The Street Garden's mission is to give to our customer the feeling of peace and tranquility, something we aim to pass onto our guests to relax and enjoy their stay.


Accommodation
Street Garden Hostel has 2 types of rooms: 2 private rooms and 6 dorms.
- 1 double room with private bathroom (include towels, cable tv)
- 1 double room shared bathroom. (Include towels)
- 2 mixed room for 4 peoples.
- 1 female dorm for 4 peoples.
- 1 mixed dorm for 6 peoples
- 1 mixed dorm for 8 peoples
All rooms have big space and include linen.

We are conveniently located in the touristic area of Vina del Mar, hidden in the heart of the city. This gives us the feeling of peace and tranquillity, something we aim to pass onto our guests to relax and enjoy their stay. Street Garden hostel offers large dormitory rooms, private room, a large living area, a equipped kitchen for free use, breakfast, bbq area and a tranquil recycled garden courtyard/patio to meet all your needs.

Surroundings
If you are someone who likes to travel to lots of local places, our staff are here to give you all the information you need to enjoy most of your stay in Vina del Mar either on foot, the micro bus or rent one of our hostel’s bikes for the day.

-You can visit the nearby towns of Valparaiso, Renaca and Concon just 15 minutes on the micro bus or collectivo.
-We are just 7 minutes walk from the city Metro system that takes you to Port Valparaiso, Limache and Cerro La Campana (Olmue)
