About us
Casa Arian was established in 2010, in a nice colonial building of 1935 where this hostal keep all his history inside with his antique decoration with greats anfitrions who can explain all history of habana city and country, where you can feel like home.
Arian the own is a young boy, ingeneer, speacking inglish and french who can help you in all your trip in habana, who prepar a nice mojitos and cuba libres in his house.

Accommodation
Casa Arian have 5 bedrooms for rent with her bathrooms, it's included hair dryer, shampoo, TV, DVD player, Stereo, 110/220V, safety box, air conditioning and fan.
Our house is gay-friendly and receives all types of tourists whenever the respect and house rules.

Services and activities
The comun areas are balcony, terrace, living room, salon, ruff, services: breacfast, diner, cafeteria, bar, taxi, laundry, internet, guides, salsa course, we organize excurtion and tours to the beach, touristic places, parties etc.

Surroundings
The guest house is located in the best area just 50 m from Curita Park and Capitolio, this are the reference of the house if you are loose in the city. You have many shop, cafeteria, bars and restaurants, like Casa Arian is in the same centre you have all in your hand, walking dowtown in few min, the ruff with nice view to the Old Habana, closed to all bus stop for any parts of the city, inclued train station and port.
