Propriétaires peu disponibles pour répondre à nos quelques questions pratiques.

Personnel très souriant mais problème de langue.

La disponibilité se manifeste surtout lors du réglement.

Nous avions loué pour 6 nuits ,..aucune marque d'attention .Dans les autres casas louées,heureusement on a retrouvé cette disponibilité et attention.

Peuvent enlever l'appellation "hostal" .

We had a great experience at

Casa Marquez the Liz. The place was very clean, comfortable, and nice, with good location. Our hosts did everything they could to make us feel at home. Breakfast was out standing.

The hosts speak English too so cummunication was easy and they are tour guides . They took us on an extensive Havana tour which was great!!!

Family Marques are amazing!!

Warm , nice and very friendly. They were willing to help any where they could. Made us feel at home in their place. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great!

Thy also took us on a excellent guided tour through Havana.

They speak English which is definitely a big plus.

The house is situated in central Vedado.

Very convenient to go anywhere.

El edificio de la casa es precioso, las fotografias no engañan, pero muchas de las fotografias son de dentro de la casa de los dueños donde nosotros no podiamos entrar.

De las dos habitaciones que alquilamos una era perfecta, amplia con techos altos, y con muebles casi de epoca. La otra habitacion era en la misma planta pero dividida en dos pisos, es decir techos bajos, en la planta de arriba habia que estar todo el tiempo agachado (y mido 1.80). Ademas solo tenia una ventana pequeña que daba a una pared, era bastante oscura.

El desayuno perfecto abuntande como en cuba. Y el personal muy amable.

El precio se me hizo un poco caro ya que unos dias despues me aloje en la Habana vieja en un alojamiento mejor y mas barato.

En general bien, pero con algunos aspectos a mejorar.

We really had a good stay here. From all the places we've been in Cuba, this was the one with the best standard and most helpful people. They helped us with what to do, drove us to the airport and let us leave our luggage. Their English was really good, and we were satisfied with the room. We were lucky and got a big breakfast straight away when we realized we hadn't booked it the night before. Me and my friend are really happy we stayed at casa de Liz, and would easily recommend it to others as well.

No he podido disfrutar de mi estancia en esta casa porque al llegar el dueño me comunicó que tenían una avería relacionada con el agua,me había buscado otra casa de su confianza para que yo me alojara esa noche,finalmente como la casa no cumplía mis expectativas,rebajé el precio y el pagó la diferencia,trato agradable por parte del dueño y preocupado porque yo estuviera a gusto

Lovely colonial architecture friendly family. An easy Taxi ride to town.

This Casa exceeded our expectations. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, comfortable and even had fridges and basic cooking facilities. The family were extremely helpful. The area is safe and convenient. I would recommend this casa to my friends.

Clean, comfortable and stylish. Their water and drinks are kindda pricey compared to a convenience store just half a block away (which they do tell you about).

Having already stayed in old Havana, it was nice to stay in a different part of town. This is a nice neighbourhood and this Casa is fantastic! The hosts are very accommodating and speak excellent English. The room was very spacious with 2 levels and nice decor. Also there is a great Iranian restaurant a short walk away- the food was delicious!! I would highly recommend this Casa.......... Also they have an adorable golden retriever so this is a little bonus if you are missing your own dog as you just might get a hug or two

Lovely duplex apartment. TV was a nice touch with some pre loaded English speaking movies and a few cable channels. Only down side was no hot water for both times we tried to have a shower (morning and evening)

we stayed here for our first 3 nights in Havana and we were really impressed so we returned for the last day of our 2 week trip around Cuba. Lovely family, the house is run by the 3 brothers and one sister, all really welcoming and useful. Clean the room every day and changed our towels after 2 days, which wasn't common in the rest of Cuba. Also has good shower, little kitchenette to make a cup of tea or something.

Bed could be slightly more comfortable but was ok in the end.

Perfekter Service - alle 3 Söhne sprechen perfektes Englisch. Die Unterkunft ist nahe Malecon und La Rampa. Im Zimmer ist alles vorhanden: Klimaanlage, Fön, Duschartikel, Handtücher, Miniküche, TV, Save - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Auch einen Transfer haben wir über die Söhne gebucht.

Excelente atencion, esta muy cerca a la Habana Vieja y el lugar es muy seguro y tranquilo

Everyone at Casa Marques de Liz made us very welcome. They collected us from the airport in one of their vintage Beetle cars which was a bit of a squeeze with all our luggage! Our room didn't have windows but was spacious, quiet, clean and cool. We loved being located in Vedado rather than Habana Vieja. Highly recommended particularly if you can get the room with a balcony.

Estuvimos varios días en La Habana pasando las vacaciones de Semana Santa. Los propietarios son majísimos, dispuestos a ayudar en todo.

This was a brilliant location and the family (and dogs) were endlessly helpul. Ask for the front room on the street side as it's bigger with balcony.

We stayed twice in the place. Very good first time, not so good second time.remote control of tv didnt

Work, lock of bathroom didnot work, forgot breakfast, (lack of communication)' Anyhow, make you r own mind.

We liked the house very much. Very good value. The hosts are diligent and very caring. They organized a taxi for us in the evening and can take you around for a tour in authentic Havana if you are interested. The guy doesn't speak English though. It's not very far from Old Havana by car but takes an hour and a half walking otherwise. It's sure a nice walk outside the touristic downtown. The room where we were first accommodated was with lower ceilings so make sure you ask for the other two rooms if you are taller and they are available. You can be served breakfast in the room for 5 CUC. We would go back.

We have been warmly welcomed by Antonio and his lovely family.

The rooms are really good size and very very clean. The size is great too all fully equipef with shower gel, shampoo, towels, hair dryer better than a 3 star hotels.

We have been given maps, direction and what to do.

I highly recommend visiting Havana with Antonio where you ride inhis lovely newbeatle.

For an extra 5 cuc you can have breakfasr delivered in your room.

The location is great walking distance from everything and very safe.

I got ill while in Havana and Antonio's girlfriend Deborah looked after me and gave me medicine.

If i go back i will definitly stay there again

Nice big room with own balcony. The street is rather quiet so this was definite the most quite casa particular we managed to stay in Havana.

The family is very frindly thou the parents don't really speak English, children are fluent in English and very helpful.

Beautiful loft with lovely owners. Couldn't have chosen a better place to end my trip in Havana.

We arrived late at night and we woke up the family. The family was very nice to show us our rooms and settle us down. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The house is well located few blocks away from the popular street (Avenida 23) and 15 mins walk to Malecon. There was a minor issue with the hot shower in my room (had been taking shower with not so warm water for 3 nights). Other that that, we had a lovely stay at Casa Marques De Liz. The family was very accommodating and we got a chance to visit their house. Highly recommend to first time visitors to Havana. Safe neighbourhood and lots of restaurants and bars near it. Thank you for the lovely time in Havana.

The room we had didn't have any window, the location is pretty far from the center, it's overpriced for what it is and the owner tries to sell you all his tours, Taxi service and tried to over charge us at the end! It's a studio but there is anything to cook in the kitchen...
