Very helpful host generally but we were a bit disappointed to arrive quite late (thanks to 2 hours at the airport getting our luggage and changing cash) to find nothing to drink in the Casa. we were tired and thirsty but had to walk to the nearest hotel to buy water. Location good - 10 mins walk to the old town.

Amazing casa with very nice and helpful owners. Super clean, room with very high cellings, delicious food. We loved it. It is also very well located, one block from la malecon and about 15 min walking from the historic centre and not too far from vedado either. Higjly recommended!

Really enjoyed staying there, the owner "Isgrat" is really helpful, and the house is really beautiful. Excellent choice if you want to be nearby the Malecon and short walk to Old Habana.

Clean place. Location a little out of Old Havana where one could find the same priced accommodation. The staff were unfriendly and not particularly helpful (unlike any other experience in Cuba).

The agency was useless (cubaaccommodation) and didn't even send us the address or directions to the Casa. We spent half a day trying to find the place to be greeted by unfriendly staff.

Not recommended given alternate options available.

We enjoyed a three day pleasant stay at Casa Graciela. The room was nice and clean. The host was friendly and helpful in his own Cuban way - speaks English well - but planning for more than the same day period is not to be expected - due to a national holiday where all shops and markets had closed this ment no breakfast that day. The Casa Graciela breakfast though had the best coffee that we did taste in Cuba. The location just 100 meters from Malecon was perfect. I have no trouble with a 100% recommendation of Casa Graciela.

We were very happy to be in the Casa Sra. Graciela! The family is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is perfect. The Casa is located very closed to Malecon, where one can take a taxi. Walking to the old town takes max. 15 minutes.

I can only recommend this Casa to everybody - a quiet luxury place in the hectic Havanna city!

Lovely room with air on, fridge and en-suite. Great breakfast and Idra couldn't have been more helpful, we hadn't booked our next two locations but he rang ahead and organised good quality accommodation for us in Varadero and Trinidad

Prima ligging. Heel netjes.

This Casa is lovely and very busy so you will have to book but the manager told me the rate is 10CUC higher when you go throught he web site like I did.I was there in peak time and there was no shortage of Casas free in April. Casa owner will meet you and ask you to sray with them when you get off the bus. But if you want this one book it. It is lovely

Absolutely a fine place to stay in Cuba. Walkable to Habana vieja/central district. Almost across from a vacant lot/ so not a scenic a view as it could be.

Breakfast was really great for 5 pesos a person. Served at one larger table for 5 where you might meet some other travellers and a small table for 2 that seems quiet and isolated from the other table.

Long, narrow flight of stairs with 2 heavy doors to get into the building- an issue only when you have heavy or large suitcases or difficulty navigating stairs.

Owner is a little standoffish. her son is less so, and he is willing to help with any questions/ directions/ arranging a taxi to the airport. Overall, I would probably look at other options next time before booking here, but definitely wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I couldn't find something that seemed obviously a better fit.

Clean, nice, friendly, secure, air conditioning.

Sra Graciela doesn't speak much English but her son runs things and speaks fluent English. He is friendly and helpful and will even sell you some some cigars if you want.

The mattress is thin and not very comfortable.

The casa is beautiful on the inside.

The casa is in central Havana, on the edge of old Havana. Within walking distance of most sites in old Havana, a long walk to the east side of old Havana. The neighborhood was not bad and not great. We felt completely safe there, but there were many crumbling/abandoned apartments around. However, that seemed typical of everywhere we went in Havana.

This is a great place with a great host! Isgret speaks pretty good english and is willing to share any information with you about where to go what to see.The breakfast, for $5 CUC, of fruits, bread rolls, eggs and coffee were great and we actually felt bad because there was so much of it that we couldn't eat it all everyday. I not only recommend this place but the next time I go to Cuba I'm staying here again.
