About us
We are a cuban family, from Matanzas, who decided to began this project 4 years ago and we are so proud about the results!!!
It's a beautiful colonial style house, in the heart of Vedado, very close to the Habana Libre Hotel and many places of interest.
It is distributed on 2 floors, with beautiful lounges and outdoor terraces; the third floor is a lovely solarium rooftop to relax overlooking the sea and the city. The house consists of 8 rooms.

Accommodation
We have 8 rooms (1 master suite, 3 double beds and 4 twin beds room) with very comfortable beds, wardrobe, minibar, desk and private bathroom. Careful decoration to detail, for comfort and convenience. 24-hour bilingual reception and concierge service (Spanish / English). Breakfast service included from 07.30 to 11.00 hrs.

Services and activities
Guests have access to the entire house, lounges, terraces on the ground and upper floors, and the solarium located on the roof with beautiful views of the city.
Breakfast is included for all our customers.
We offer tourist services on request, such as transfers in / out airport, guided tours of the city, tours around the island, excursions, restaurant reservations and nightlife, etc.

Surroundings
Active area, with various options of restaurants and leisure, very central, while surrounded by local population. Located in the heart of Vedado, 400 meters from the hotel Habana Libre, 1 km from the Malecón, 10 minutes from the Plaza de la Revolución and the University of Havana, one block from Avenida 23, and 30 meters from the the Avenue of the Presidents, which facilitates the transfers. You can park on the street for free.
