About us
Our cozy Colonial House Year 1945, completely renovated is located in one of the main streets. Authentic and full of history of Old Havana, transition of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries such as Avenida Bélgica, Avenida de las Misiones or simply Monserrate. Located on the first floor of a building of the time, this will allow you to enjoy a wonderful view of the city and to observe the customs of the Cuban people.

Accommodation
We rent 2 large independent rooms, with private bathroom inside, decorated with taste, practical and simple, air conditioning, hot and cold water, bright during the day thanks to the two large windows that characterize it. Refrigerator available for the guest to put their food and drinks. You will have the necessary comfort to spend a pleasant stay in our house.

Services and activities
The Terrace, Lounges, Kitchen and balconies are the common areas of our House.We also have available the Continental breakfast service at 5 CUC per person.
The guests must notify us as to the damages or accidents that occur during their period of stay.
No smoking inside the house (Yes on the terrace / balcony)
Parties are not allowed.
We must respect the serenity of the House and the neighbors of our condominium.
