About us
Casa KosKa is a basic Studio-Apartment in Old Havana for two people very well located and well furnished to feel that you are living the Real Cuban Life like a local. We have been welcoming guest since 2016 and we are very happy to do it!!

The studio is surrounded by museums , theaters , bars and restaurants and is just two blocks from the Cathedral of Havana, Plaza Vieja Square and Obispo Street where you'll find everything a tourist could possibly look for.


Accommodation
There is a ground floor and this cozy studio is on the 1st FLOOR upstairs.
There are fans throughout the bottom floor where are placed:
- The living room
- Bathroom
- The diningroom
- A kitchenette with a stove to prepare breakfast or easy meals.
The studio has one bedroom in Attic or intermediate floor with a double bed and air conditioning.

This is an inner apartment with no window to the street so there isn't much natural light.

Services and activities
We do not live there so you do not have to share the studio with anyone else.

Our Studio is in the heart of Casco Histórico, A very popular neighbourhood and full of history so it is very well located to explore the city.

Termini e condizioni della struttura

- We are in Historic Centre so, you should use our pick up service (cost 30 cuc) in order to prevent any confusion with the address and speed up the check-in. This service must be paid prior arrival.

- ABSOLUTELY NOT allowed guests that are not included in the reserve for security reasons and according to local law.

- At the check-in Your passport and visa will be requested for immigration report. Would be 2 minutes......I am sorry but is the law.

- Please be respectful to other residents of the building.

- No local minors are allowed. No smoking inside the room. No prostitution, drugs or any illegal activity.

- Not recommended to elderly people or with limited mobility for safety...... Stairs to the bedroom are steep.

-No big alcohol energy please. If you're a big drinker and crazy partier, this is not the place for that. Thanks so much. :)
