About us
The property was established in 2015. At the beginning we didn't have all the proper conditions, but thanks to our hard work we have thrived. We intend to give our guests the possibility to enjoy their stay in Cuba in a familiar and comfortable atmosphere, and to do so we work 24/7. We have some maids that keep everything clean and nice, and we have two administrators that make the project work smoothly.

Accommodation
We have six rooms, each with air conditioner and safe box.Two of them (double) are included as part of an independent apartment (including living-room,dining room, kitchen, one shared bathroom), so privacy is guaranteed. We have a triple independent room (bathroom included) that, in case of need, can be connected to the apartment previously described. It is an option for large groups. We have a room with two beds with an independent bathroom, and two single rooms with a shared bathroom.

Services and activities
We have a small patio that is usually used as a gathering point for our clients. In addition to it we have all the areas typical to Cuban houses: a wide living room, as well as a spacious kitchen where our guests are always welcome.
We provide breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00am, and we provide internet access. We also take care of our guests interests: they can use our expertise to arrange their schedule for any sort of activities in order to optimize their time.

Surroundings
Our house is allocated in Vedado, one of the most important neighborhoods in Havana, exactly on 14th street between Linea street and 11th. Being close to Linea is a huge perk, since as a major artery it is surrounded by markets, supermarkets and all sorts of shops. We are only seven blocks away from two theaters, and walking only six blocks up to 23rd street the guest can enjoy all the life Havana can offer.These are the main ways to reach us: through Linea or 23rd street.

Why should you stay with us
We offer a familiar atmosphere with all the conditions needed to rest or to enjoy. We provide all the services people usually expect to find at guest houses, but we also advise our guests on how to optimize their resources and time: we arrange their schedules, help them with any possible question they might have. Our privileged position allows our guests to move around the city with ease, and to find anything they might want to in a reduced radio
