About us
Casa Real was built in 1938 and has a classic and colonial style retaining many of the original features with great historical and heritage value. As of 2016, one of the rooms of the house is being rented under the slogan 'My house is your house' and with the fundamental objective of knowing new cultures and making new friendships. Casa Real is a family home, so the family that owns the house lives on it permanently.

Accommodation
A room with two beds is rented,it has conditioner air, independent bathroom with hot and cold water and pantry with refrigerator. The access to the room is through a cozy hall which can be used as a reading area, rest or other.

Surroundings
Casa Real is located in a privileged place. It is near of places of interest such as: Céspedes Park, Hotel Casagranda, The Cathedral, House of Trova, Museo de la Clandestinidad, House of the traditions, the historic staircase of Padre Pico and the Balcón de Velazquez, among other places of interest.
