Hôtel Esprit d'Azur is an independent and authentic hotel with 37 rooms. The priority of the managing family and its team is to offer you a warm welcome and quality support. The hotel's reception and bar are open 24 hours a day and all staff are at your disposal.

The hotel is ideally located in the city center, 2 minutes walk from the Palais des Congrès and the Palais des Expositions ACROPOLIS; 5 minutes from Place Garibaldi and the 'Vieux Nice'. The Promenade des Anglais is 2 km from the hotel.


All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with free WiFi connection. They all include a flat-screen satellite TV, a desk and a private bathroom with a hair dryer.

A buffet breakfast is served every morning from 7 am to 10:30 am. It includes a hot buffet made up of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, etc., a cold buffet, fresh bread selected from the best traditional bakeries in Nice, fruit juices and ground coffee.



Our BAR is open 24 hours a day for guests staying in the hotel. Outsiders are welcome from 9 am to 5 pm. We only offer drinks (with and without alcohol).

A quality cleaning is carried out every day in the rooms for your comfort. However, you can inform the reception that you do not want service in your room.

The ACROPOLIS - PALAIS DES CONGRES business district is a district in the throes of change since the implementation of the T1 line of the Nice tramway. The Hôtel Esprit d'Azur is located less than a minute's walk from Acropolis station.

Like the entire eastern part of the city of Nice, it is a lively, dynamic and changing district where there is a large shopping center (TNL Shopping Center), many restaurants, shops of all kinds, the Convention Center and the Exhibition Center.
