About us
Our staff is devoted to our clients, young and dedicated in their work. The establishment is perfect for people (families, groups of friends or whoever you are) in search of relax, tranquillity and natural environment. It is located in the hillside where you can breathe fresh air even in Sicilies hot summerdays.

Accommodation
The 85 sq apartment, located in the ground floor of a private semidetached villa in which the owner lives in the upper floor, is composed of a big livingroom with comfortable couches; an openspace kitchen; two bedrooms (one double bed and two singles, while the other has one double and a single - a full capacity of seven people), bathroom with shower and personal washingmachine, parking place inside the residence.

Services and activities
Our guests dispose privatly of the whole apartment, which includes a nice terrace equipped with garden furniture and their private parking place. The terrace is linked to the owners apartment, so for guests any request is easily placeable.

We highly recommend our guests to rent a car before arriving at the apartment as public services (bus, metro, trains) do not work as they should. When available we can organize car rental for our guests.

Surroundings
The property is located 10 min from Catania, so as near as you could wish to the pulsing life of Catania, but without feeling uncomfortable and chaotic. Although we are not situated on a highstreet (no car noise from day to night), supermarkets are easily reacheable by car or foot.
Moreover the apartment is only 30 min far from the volcano Etna, Taormina and other beautiful cities as well as the Etnaland themepark.
