Bed and Breakfast Predio San Fernando is located in the quiet typical of the Tuscan countryside between Bolsena Lake and Mount Amiata.

In hilly and panoramic position, at the foot of the Natural Reserve of Monte Rufeno, the B&B is set only 15 minutes far from the medieval village of San Casciano dei Bagni (Siena), 20 minutes from Orvieto and an hour and a half from Rome.

The B&B Predio San Fernando is located in the territory of Acquapendente (City of Pugnaloni), municipality in the province of Viterbo in Upper Tuscia Latium, bordering Tuscany and Umbria.

The strategic location of our B&B allows guests to enjoy a pleasant vacation in touch with nature, with the possibility of hiking, cycling and horse riding, avail of the Terme di Sorano and enjoy a fantastic wellness stay.

Although Predio San Fernando is placed in the countryside, it is only 1 km from the town center, which can be reached by walk or cycling.

The Bed and Breakfast Predio San Fernando is a villa made entirely of tufa that fits perfectly with the Tuscan landscape. The stretch of green (consisting of four acres of land surrounding the structure) and the garden plenty of flowers and plants, are the perfect place where you can spend relaxing moments.

The interior of the house is made of handmade terra cotta, a material that gives the B&B with a warm atmosphere. The structure offers single, double and triple rooms and on request a cot for children.

The spacious and bright rooms are equipped with ensuite and comfort of a top class hotel.
Each room provides modern facilities such as internet connection, satellite TV, minibar, hairdryer.
