Accommodation
We offer one economy twin/double room with shared bathroom, ceiling fan, wardrobe, dresser shelf and mirror, offered to couples, single female travellers and families only, and one family room with four single beds or a double and two singles, one extra bed can be added, private bathroom, offered to families, groups and single travellers.

Services and activities
A separate sitting and tv area are present for the family room, as is a patio. Single travellers share all areas of the family room. All guests have full access to external areas, including outdoor cooking facilities and parking. The solarium and pool area are open to all from June to September. Free wifi is offered and a continental breakfast included in all our standard prices. Special prices and offers may exclude breakfast, however coffee/tea making facilities are offered consistently. Surroundings
The villa is located along the Pisciotto golden sand coast stretch, and this is a rural end of Licata city, a quarter of an hour drive from the city centre.
