From the main train station Termini you exit the left side and walking 10 minutes on via Giolitti beside Termini station you will find the corner right-cross to via Bixio n.9.If you have any grave problem finding or reaching us,call us and we will come(if we can) and help you up at the station.

INFO RECEPTION-to respect us and other guests sleeping , please come after 10.00 AM until before 23 PM. After 23.00 the the apartment is closed and we have problems with check -ins so DON'T come after this time, or inform us by phone that you will be late.In the case the guests force us to open the door afterhour (after 23.00 or before 10.00 AM) there is a penalty-supplement of 10 Euros for this extra service.

--For the next days We give you the door keys so there is no curfew.

---check-in allowed after get ready and clean the room.

--ARRIVAL WARNING-When you will arrive to my front door,please give us a call to inform you came here,DON'T RUN AWAY ,don't ring other buzzers and bother other neighbours,and please attend our staff to receive you at the front main door at the street.

---CANCELLATION POLICY-You are allowed to cancel without any penalty only untill 48 hours before the date of check-in (12 AM )and if not we debit 2 first nights of the stay.I recommend also to keep your credit card available to block the first 2 nights of the stay as guarantee of the respect of our CANCELLATION POLICY. If the credit card is not valid or outdated, the reservation will be considered not realible.
To accept your cancellation or modification last minute,is necessary you inform us with both email and phone call.

---INFO SECOND FLAT : In the case that we receive more reservations, and we have to accommodate anyway when necessary our guests can stay in another alternative apartment with shared or private WC located in the same area Vittorio with the same facilities at the same price. Once our guests arrived here, our staff will provide your accommodation.
