FROM THE MAIN TRAIN STATION “TERMINI” Get on the subway, line A direction “Battistini”, and get off at the stop “Baldo degli Ubaldi” after 10 minutes, 1 km (10 minutes’ walk or 3 minutes by bus 791 or 916) far from our place.
FROM FIUMICINO AIRPORT : A 26 minutes train ride connects the airport to the station “Trastevere” every 15 minutes, at the cost of 8.00 €. Shift platform and take the train to the station “San Pietro”. Get off the train and walk under the bridge to get on the bus 98, 881, or 916 and ride it for 6 stops until Via Gregorio VII, on the corner of Piazza Pio XI.
The Leonardo Express train (14.00 €) runs non-stop from the airport to the station “Termini”, where you can switch to the subway, line A, and get off at the stop “Baldo degli Ubaldi”, 1 km (10 minutes walk or 3 minutes by bus 791 or 916) far from our place.
Several bus routes connect Vatican City Relais to different areas of Rome:
31 from Piazza Pio XI to Piazzale Clodio, and the B line subway station “Laurentina”
33 from Piazza Pio XI to Piazzale Clodio, and to Via Lenin
98 and 881 from Via Gregorio VII to Via Paola (Corso Vittorio Emanuele)
247 from Via Gregorio VII to the A line subway station Cipro-Musei Vaticani
791 from Via Gregorio VII to Palazzo dello Sport-EUR
916 from Via Gregorio VII to Piazza Venezia
