Cafarella Holiday Houses, situated in a privileged, are the ideal place for an exclusive holiday to theAeolian Islands. They are located in Malfa (Salina Island), atTorre Place, a short walk from centre and main amenities, but especially close to the stunning Scario Beach (here you have the possibility to rent beach umbrellas and mattresses). The complex is also a few steps away from the bus stop to get to all the other towns and villages of the island.

The Cafarella Holiday Houses propose, in a family environment, a complex of comfortable and well furnished apartments. Each apartment has a large covered terrace, ideal to have your meals outdoors and to enjoy the most relaxing moments of the day on deckchairs or on the typical Aeolian “bisola”.

In front of the terraced apartments’ entry there is a large equipped garden where guests can enjoy a pleasant outdoors stay admiring panoramas of the sea, mountains and countryside.

The Houses have a private unguarded parking area for a car/scooter each apartment. In the middle of all the other Aeolians,Salinais a perfect base for visiting the other islands.

It is one same place for all your needs: hikes and trekking on the mountains in the spring and autumn, relax on the beach and on the boat in the clear sea waters in summer.
CASA ANGELO
Recently renovated, Casa Angelo is a very comfortable apartment on two levels.
The airy ground floor consists of a large living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed thanks to which you can increase the number of beds available up to a maximum of six people (only if it is the same family). The two floors are connected by a staircase. The sleeping area is on the first floor: a double bedroom with small balcony and a bedroom with bunk beds.
The bathroom, also on the first floor, has a shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, and everything you need for cooking. It has its own terrace.
CASA VITO
Welcoming and clear, the apartment Vito is the only one arranged over one floor.
It consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning, a living room with a large kitchenette, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for an extra person. The comfortable bathroom has a shower.
The apartment is equipped with TV, and everything you need for cooking.
Outside you can enjoy the large terrace which belongs exclusively to the apartment, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and relax.
CASA ROSSELLA
Casa Rossella is the smallest apartment of complex, built on 2 levels, suitable for a couple with one child.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with sofa bed for an additional sleeping place and a large kitchen area. A stairway leads to the upper floor.
The double bedroom, located on the first floor, has a private bathroom with shower and has a balcony with garden view. Very airy, the apartment is equipped with TV, and everything you need for cooking.
Outside there is a large covered terrace to dine in the shade and rest breathing the sea scents and of the surrounding countryside.

Cautionary deposit € 100,00, refunded at departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The reservation can be cancelled within 30 days before your arrival with no charge, otherwise we will charge 30%.
In case of early departure, we will keep the amount agreed for the whole stay.
