Stayed at the Riad Espagne two times. It is a great place with a great host (Mohamed).
Very quiet and familiar atmosphere.
Air-Condition was extremly useful in August in Marrakesh!
Will be there again surely.

The stuff is very friendly, the breakfast is quite good, but the rooms are not so good, the hot watet does not work very good and they do not clean very often. The lo cation is very good too.

Me and my husband checked-in at Riad Hotel Espagne for 3 nights during our visit in Marrakech. The place is very reasonable and gives you that humble Morrocan feel. The accomodation is close to the City Square and very accessible to all the beautiful places of Marrakech. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They also offer an honest-priced excursions to wonderful spots in Morocco. We really enjoyed our stay and when we plan to visit Morocco again, we'll surely stay at this Riad.
