Gute Lage - man kann die Stadt zu Fuss erreichen - alles ist eng - insbesondere auch die sanitären Anlagen - ungeheizt - 1 Tisch und 10 Stühle zum Frühstück (für bis zu 70 Personen!)

Perfect hostel for a stay in Lisbon. Good ubication, nice staff and really good atmosphere. It is also clean and has a beatiful design.

Great staff!
Dirty bathrooms.
Take a taxi if you carry suitcase with wheels - that's generally a good idea in Lisbon.
Computers available to use have weird OS. Google maps don't work on it properly or at least I couldn't figure it out.

The hostel is great and I really liked being there. But I think there is too much staff working there (in the reception you find each day someone different) and that can cause misunderstandings if is not a good communication.

Please put a sign outside the hostel. I could not see the number and when I looked through the doorway there was no light and it looked like an abandoned building. Please ignore fun factor rating - it is not relevant for me! Hostel inside was fine, except for dim lighting in lounge which made it imopossible to read or do any writing. I would use the hostel again and recommend it to others.

It was really good place to stay for tight expense. Nice interior and nice staffs..
But there are always lots of people. So it made me dizzy sometime and is not super quiet. But location is not bad to reach tourist place.

This is one of the best hostels I have ever been to! Great experience, the common spaces are really cosy and they have got two kitchens! Great quality!

I am frequent traveller and I must say that this is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed.I absolutely recommend it for other travellers who plan to spend their vacation in the heart of Lisbon. The staff are absolutely friendly and helpful. They organize different sorts of events such as tours, dinner parties, and a lot more!

In general the hostel is good, there is a nice atmosphere and the stuff is very helpful. But conditions are quite disappointing. Bathrooms are shared and very small, especially toilets. WiFi is working, but only downstairs.Breakfast is not as rich as it's written in the offer and there is almost no space to sit in the kitchen. But the kitchen is well equipped and there is a lot of space in the hostel in general. I can recommend it if you aren't very very demanding.

Hostel très chouette, avec un petit jardin vraiment sympa! On s'y sent bien... Il est bien situé et les espaces de vie sont très biens! Rien à signaler, hormis le degré d’amabilité fort variable du personnel: certains se plient en 4 pour vous, d'autres vous cassent les bonbons pour un oui ou pour un non...

everyone threats everyone very nice, also the staff is very helpful. great hostel with great people. the name stands for itself. i totally recommend staying there, but it would be great for others if you bring an old but working keyboard for their computer. theirs is not in the best condition ;).

We stayed in a nice private room in the Chillout hostel. Hostel is clean, staff very sympatic, some parties are organised. I recommend it !!!

The hostel was really nice and the breakfast was just fantastic!
The bathrooms and everything were really clean, although the toilets, the showers and generally the bathrooms themselves are really small. But never mind. There were 2 showers, 2 toilets and 3 washbasins as well as hot water all the time!
The kitchen is just perfectly equipped!
The two computers are free for use (with internet)!
The living room is very comfortable!
There is a separate smoking area (so no need to go somewhere outside)!
The sleeping rooms are small, but you have the possibility to take a locker. And big plus (at least in our bedroom) there were no squeaking beds!
Once again: a big plus for the cleanness and the friendly staff that is speaking many languages and that is really helpful whenever you have a question.

Selbst in meinem Alter (47 Jahre), habe ich mich mitten unter den jungen Menschen sehr wohl gefühlt. WG-Gefühle kamen wieder hoch!
Es ist einfach, aber geschmackvoll und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Kritik: Unser Zimmer war mit 6 Betten zu voll, daher zuwenig Beweglichkeit, ebenso das Badezimmer der Frauen íst sehr beengt.

El hostal esta muy bien, el staff es muy amable y el ambiente muy bueno. La unica pega que le veo es el baño que es muy pequeño pero por todo lo demas es perfecto. Si volviera repetiria en el mismo sitio. Endika el abuelo de la cuadrilla decia que hacia frio pero para mi se estaba muy bien
