The hotel is located in the city center, so we offer various options to reach us:

From the airport:

Customers can catch the special bus from the airport (EA), getting off at the bus stop of Avenida del Cid.

Once there, they can catch the tram, near the bus station of El Prado, which will take them to Plaza Nueva. From here to the hotel there is between 5 and 10 minutes, walking through the central streets of the city.

Another possibility would be to catch a taxi until Plaza de La Magdalena, that is the square closest to the hotel.


From the Bus Station Plaza de Armas:

From the bus station Plaza de Armas, there are just 10 minutes on foot, so you do not need any bus, taking the Marques de Paradas Street and then Canalejas you will arrive at the hotel directly.

Alternatively you can catch a taxi that it will leave them on the Canalejas Street (next to the Hotel Colón).


From the Bus Station Prado de San Sebastián:

They can catch the tram, next to this bus station, until Plaza Nueva. From here to the hotel there is between 5 and 10 minutes, walking through the central streets of the city.


Another possibility would be to catch a taxi until Plaza de La Magdalena, that is the square closest to the hotel.


From the train station of Santa Justa:

They can catch the bus number 32 at the door of the station, that will leave them in the Plaza de la Encarnación (the last bus stop). Then down the Imagen street and San Eloy Street and you will find the hotel.

By car:

Arriving by car, you can leave it at one of the garages closest to the hotel, for example, in the Plaza del Duque (El Corte Ingles parking) or in the Plaza de La Magdalena, which is open every day, 24 hours, as the hotel has not a garage, and a central location would be the best option.



CANCELLATION POLICY:

The customer has 48 hours to cancel the reservation without charges, after from this date or if the customer don´t arrive ( no show), the hotel will charged the first night.

For special season like( HOLY WEEK AND FERIEN),THE CUSTOMER HAS 2 weeks before to the arrival, after from this date or if the customer don´t arrive( no show), the hotel will charge at 50% of the total reservation
