The property established in the end of 2016 and is open from 1 January 2017. The mission of this property is to provide cheap and CLEAN rooms for tourists. Being flexible one can book as one bed or even the whole apartement.

The accommodation is a mix of apartment and hostel. There are 3 rooms available: 1 double, 1 double twin and triple. No shared rooms are provided which helps to make your stay more comfortable but also cheap. You share only toilets and bathroom. You can find two toilets and one bathroom.

There is a nice kitchen with free tea and coffee. You also have game room. Airport transfer can be provided with acceptable prices. Also tours to provinces and clubs, bars etc. can be organized.

The property is located 6 km from the city Center and 1 km from metro station at the second floor of a nice 2 floor house. The district is right next to Center which is full of 24 hour supermarkets. The biggest mall and zip-line are going to be open in 5 min walk distance in 2017.
