About the property
The guesthouse is located nearby the lagoon (100 m). The Lagoon of Araruama is well known for its warm waters and its high salinity (one of the largest in the world!). It has one of the largest wind streaks in the country. A paradise for kite surfers! You will find a kite surfer’s school close to the guesthouse.

Accommodation
There is a small and separate guesthouse and a suite in this house (each one has two bedrooms and a bathroom).

Common areas, services and activities
The owner is always available for the guests with their local knowledge and language skill. They can help you to rent a car, going to shopping malls and giving all the necessary tips.

If required they can give Portuguese lessons for foreigners.

They offer vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner (upon request). The breakfast is rich with fruit and freshly squeezed juices, homemade bread, cake and jams, with organic products from the region.

Surroundings
The guesthouse is located 7 km from Araruama, 100 km from Rio an approximately 50 km from Cabo Frio and Búzios.

It takes 2 hours by car from the International Airport in Rio to the guesthouse. There is also a bus from Rio or Niterói to Araruama or they can order a taxi for you.
