We started renting rooms in 2013. We are a family team, our mission is that guests feel comfortable as family. We have a modern and simple house, very close to restaurants, bars and banks.
We are available 24/7 to give our clients the advise or the solution needed.

We offer 2 spacious and comfortable rooms.Air conditioned room with private bathroom and hot/cold water. It has a fridge.

The family´s living room and dining room are common spaces as well.

The neighborhood is centric but calm, the same time quick access to the public transportation.
