About us
Pepe's House Cuenca B&B is in a renovated republican house of the Historical Area in a strategic location. Airport/Bus Terminal 7min. Cozy/large/bright/quiet/fast Wi-Fi. We include hot beverages permanently. Parking is additional just in front. We speak English/Spanish

Accommodation
We have 15 rooms. Privates and suites for two, four or 7 persons with private bathrooms, and shared dorms for 5 or 6 persons with shared bathrooms inside the dorms (our dorms are extremely different because we have only double beds, not bunk beds. Privates and shared dorms has orthopedic mattresses. The privates has 100% cotton sheets.
- Privates rooms include breakfast, towels, shampoo and soap.
- Beds in dorms include towels, shampoo and soap.

Services and activities
We have an amazing backyard/patio with couches, chairs and tables. Good WiFi in all the house, board games, breakfast included (only for privates rooms), and a quiet and nice place.

Surroundings
We are just in the middle of the historic city center, and just three blocks to the main square (Parque Calderón). We are close to 9 de Octubre fresh market, many museums and the main atractions in the city.
