Posizione scomoda, impossibile da trovare poiché l'insegna dell'ostello ha un altro nome. Staff maleducato, incompete e freddo. Camere troppo piccole, un solo bagno per 6-10 persone. Andate al Rest Up London, é fantastico e sembra di essere in un college.

En mi opinion faltaria una cocina de uso para los huespedes,un saloncomedor mas grande,un desayuno mejor y con horario mas amplio y climatizacion.

Das Hostel ist sehr gut gelegen, die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und zuvorkommend und die Atmosphäre friedlich. Die Zimmer jedoch sind völlig überbesetzt: "no waste of place" scheint das gültige Motto zu sein.

Das 6-Bett Zimmer ist jedenfalls eine Zumutung,- auch für Nicht-Klaustrophoben! Da dürften höchstens 4 Betten drin sein, dann würde auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wieder stimmen. Gut fand ich den Aufenthaltsraum und das Frühstück.

getting internet was a little dificult and it is only 1 hour each 24 hs, we manage this with another net available, not from the hostel, otherwise was everithing ok

Ce fut un agréable séjour. Nous sommes tombés sur des "colocataires" super cool. Ce fut génial de découvrir Londres dans ces conditions, si près de Hyde Park.

Excellent stay for a couple of days but I was very desappointed by the shower. There was not so much hot water and the shower pressure was also very low.

Lati negativi: Mi è stato dato un paio di lenzuola sporche, e dopo averlo fatto notare alla reception, me ne è stato dato un'altro paio di sporche (mi sono adattata dormeno vestita). I letti a castello sono a 3 piani, difficili da raggiungere. Staff non particolarmente gentile e disponibile.

Lati positivi: Bagno pulito giornalmente. Posizione molto buona.

Um bom Hotel para quem quiser conhecer um pouco da cidade sem querer gastar muito dinheiro.

Bom pequeno almoco, Bom quarto, Muito bom atendimento, Boa temperatura, Boa limpeza, Apenas um defeito: Agua com pouca pressao. Mas da para tomar um banho.

A 4min a pe da "Central Line" e a 1min do Hyde Park, um bom sitio para passear e explorar a natureza.

Este é um lugar que mostra como um gerente pode ser desonesto. Ao chegarmos ao hostel, a atendente não encontrou nossa reserva que foi feita meses atrás. Por sorte nossa levamos o e-mail impresso do hostelsclub.com. O hostel nos deu um quarto em um andar que estava sendo reformado e o cheiro de tinta era insuportável e nossos olhos ficavam ardendo se ficássemos 10 min com a janela fechada. O gerente nos falou que não podia fazer nada pois todos os quartos estavam da mesma forma. Nunca mais volto neste hotel.

Je pense que c'est une des meilleurs auberges sur Londres. Bien que les chambres ne soient pas très grandes, qu'il fasse chaud car les radiateurs sont bloqués à fond et que le petit déjeuner soit très basique (du pain de mie, du beurre et de la confiture/pas un seul petit verre de jus d'orange-mais bon il est inclus dans le prix); sa situation, la propreté des lieux et le niveau de confort (j'entends pour Londres) avec par exemple une salle de bain dans les chambres de 6, en font une des meilleurs auberges de jeunesse sur Londres. Tarifs bien placés, la plupart du staff est sympa (avec néanmoins quelques personnes désagréables), accès rapide en centre-ville, quartier bourgeois à 50m de Hyde Park et 3 min du métro. Profitez!

I liked Hostel, the service was perfect when I arrived the girl who answered my very polite and super helpful, but unfortunately the chek out a super bad guy I met, had no will or want to be where it was much less to meet a person . The hostel has to be better ventilated and it was cold in the rooms was very hot!

Accueil glacial, chambre correcte mais couettes tâchées et malodorantes, toilettes qui ne fonctionnaient pas bien, fenêtre qui ne fermait pas complètement. Pour le petit-déjeuner, c'était le strict minimum, et à 9h35, tout était rangé. Pas d'ambiance le soir, à moins de venir en groupe. Très bien placé, 5 minutes de Bayswater et Queensway et des commerces et restos. La prochaine fois, j'en essayerai une autre !

Dar algunas explicaciones de localizacion del hostal, entregar mapas y explicar un poco como moverse en transporte publico.

Pretty decent hostel close to tube stops and Hyde park. Bar area/Common room is a bit dull.Overall I had a pleasant stay and would stay here again

Whilst it didnt have much of a wow factor, they delivered what I had expected and the staff were very friendly.

questo ostello è situato in un ottima posizione vicino alla stazione della metro; la cosa che ho trovato non molto bella sono la grandezza delle stanze che sono davvero molto piccole per 6 persone senza alcun appendino per poter appoggiare la roba. Inoltre bisogna pagare per disporre del cassettone sotto il letto. La colazione è proprio minima. giudizio discreto.

What was good? Room was clean - during the night it was quite and people were friendly - we could keep our luggage in a clouset the next day - OK atmosphere

What could better? The showers did not all give warm water and worked properly - the reservation was made on booking website - but they did not give us the right adress information about the hostal we had to go to. (they put us in another hostal without letting us know they did)

The Smart View is in a very nice neighbourhood, though a little far from the exciting east of London, like Camden or Shoreditch, the personal is friendly, the room was clean. I cannot say anything, because I just stayed one night.

sve je odlicno, hostel na jako dobroj lokaciji jer je ulica ziva i puna ducana i u blizini je podzemne i busnih stanica. Jedini minus je sto se sve dodatno placa (internet 15 min- 50 p, ormaric u sobi 1,50 f po danu)

Value for money and free WiFi, that works.

The beds makes a lot of funny noise's, but I do have a okay sleep! Nice staff, nice location, nice stay! I would do it again.

We were staying at this hostel just for one night but were really impressed by high quality of service provided for such a good price! Our private double room was clean, cozy and smart equipped. We recommend this hostel to everybody.

Ostello ottimo per il prezzo, peccato che nonostante sia stata prenotata una matrimoniale sia stata data una con letti singoli. Nelle stanze fa caldissimo.

Hatten Zweibettzimmer mit TV; WC; Dusche. Sauber. Blöd: als Decke nur ein Laken. Blöd: zum Frühstück nur Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Milch und Cornflakes. Alternativ: in der Nähe gute Mgl. zum Speisen. Wunderbar: 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zur nächsten U-Bahn, HydePark in Sichtweite.

Toll für einen kurzen London-Trip!!!

Um bom albergue. O preço não é tão atraente, mas possui boa estrutura física e a localização não é ruim.

ostello carino, camera da 6 letti un po piccola e colazione illimitatata ma un pò povera nei contenuti. Consigliato a chi non ha molte pretese e vuole spendere poco. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Very good location (5 minutes by walk from Queensway) and helpful staff. The entrance hall looks beautiful and welcoming, but the dorms are a little "essential" and have triple bunk beds, which can be a little annoying. The free breakfast is very simple and quite early in the morning (7,30-9,30), but I think that's the same everywhere. All in all is a good place to stay: should I come back to London I'd probably stay there again. Keep in mind that many accessory things such as towels, hair-drier and plug-adaptors are on hire or sold, so you'd better bringing your own stuff!

la résidence est sympa et propre, le seul soucis que j'ai pus relever est que la résidence est difficilement reconnaissable dans la rue lors de l'arrivée... Sinon rien à redire, les réceptionnistes sont très sympa et font beaucoup d'efforts pour nous comprendre! Autre bémol les voisins peuvent être parfois gênants, mais la résidence n'y est pour rien, c'est juste un manque de civisme.

The room is clean, but too narrow to stay in. The room I stayed in has 6 beds, but only 4 lockers. The atmosphere was good, but it was too noisy for me when sleeping.

Como albergue está bien. No se puede esperar mucho más debido al tipo de establecimiento que es. Se echa de menos una mayor variedad en el desayuno. La habitación resultó un poco pequeña para seis personas. Pero la valoración general es positiva.

wij zaten in de tweepersoons kamer en dit is ons zeer goed bevallen. De bedden sliepen heerlijk (ikea) en er waren genoeg schone handdoeken aanwezig.. We konden heerlijk thee en koffie zetten met de aanwezige waterkoker..

Het ontbijt stelde niet veel voor (toast met jam of cornflakes) maar het was er wel, tegen verwachting in...
