hotel essenziale e intimo,bagno davvero piccolo,staff cortese e sorridente,vicino a metro, supermercato e una graziosa boulongerie,in pochi minuti a piedi c'è anche il cimitero di père lachaise,dove sono sepolti molti personaggi famosi come oscar wilde e jim morrison,molto suggestivo

Di sicuro il "Grand" è da eliminarsi. Hotel senza pretese,stanze davvero minuscole, muri molto sottili e pavimenti di legno (vi auguro di non avere vicini in "fuga romantica" :-S).
Punto davvero a sfavore solo la pulizia: moquette con un odore indescrivibile (fumo+fluidi organici), copriletto lercio e pareti zozze. Bagno però in regola (+ o -) e asciugamani sempre nuovi. Colazione in regola (+), posizione molto buona considerando il prezzo del soggiorno: 55 € a notte in due nella città dove cappuccio e brioches fan 10 €! Una volta arieggiata la stanza "si è fatta dormire".
Ottimo per giovani con pochi danari e solo per dormire, sconsigliato a chi cerca un hotel convenzionale ed accogliente.

hotel pulitissimo vicino alla metro e circondato da bar e boulangerie.Lenzuola pulite, cambi giornalieri di asciugamani, termosifoni e acqua calda funzionante a tutte le ore.

personnel très serviable et sympathique ; chambre propre un peu petite pour 2 personnes ; service impeccable ; proche du métro, calme, ascenseur défaillant à faire réviser

Near East train station and Republic square. You don't need to use metro to get to most sights. Staff knows excellent English. They change towels and soaps and make your beds daily. Very clean. Breakfast is the same every day and small: one croissant, piece of bread, jam and butter, juice and coffee/tea.

It was a good hotel for that price. The shower was not verry clean, but the towels and sheets were clean. I would recommand this hotel to everybody who doesn't need a lot of confort and is just looking for a place to sleep. The staff was verry friendly and helpfull.

The hotel was nice, it was close to a great bakery and supermarket and the subway. The room was clean and it was nice and quiet. The staff were friendly.

Bathroom should be renovated. Quiet place. Breakfast could be a little more interesting even if it is a "continental" breakfast. Service (reception, cleaning) was OK.

we stayed in the hotel for one week.room was ok,old furniture but well nothing was broken, hot water didnt end,and room was pretty tidy. staff was nice and helpful, maybe little weird :D all and all ok place for short holiday

Es un hotel para los que van a hacer maratones de visitas... sólo para dormir... muy limpio, correcto, el personal amable... sobre todo el chico que está en la noche... no hubo ruido... aunque la noche que llegamos... la cama tenía una pata rota, pero estábamos tan cansados del vuelo que eso noche dormimos así pero al día siguiente la repararon y quedó perfecta. El desayuno un pan, un croassant con mermelada y matequilla cafe y jugo... igual cada día!... mejor desayunar en la calle...

Por el precio esta bien, no creo que se pueda pedir nada más. El personal es amable, realmente uno no va a París a dormir así que recomiendo este hotel para pasar la noche.

It is surely worth the price. Fine cosy hotel for one who only need it to sleep. No complaints. Personal very polite. Room clean. Bathroom ok. I recommend it!

Hotel położony blisko stacji metra, miła obsługa, codziennie sprzątano łazienkę i wymieniano ręczniki. Jedyny minus to płatny dostęp do internetu w recepcji.
Adekwatna jakość do ceny.

great location near a underground station so easy access to paris....which is huge!!!
lots of bakeries, laundrettes and a lidl near by for supplies and keeping stuff clean! over all good value for money

Excelent hotel, very clean and 100m of the most famous street (las ramblas)with a lot of bars and restaurants in Barcelona. But the staff is not very polite...

if you just need a place to sleep and go around town this is perfect. it's cheap and breakfast is included.
the rooms are very small but enough cleaned. hopefully I found a room with wc, if you don't have it you can find the toilet on a mezzanine on the stairs.
the hotel is very close to pere lachaise and 2 different metro stop. in 10 minutes by metro you'll be in the 1st arrondissement. the staff is not very gentle but who cares? and the guy on the desk is always the same. possible? 1 o'clock in the morning or 2 o'clock by night always the same guy...

Nulla da eccepire su questo hotel, che offre un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Certo l'hotel è un pò anonimo e non offre molti svaghi, ma è decentemente pulito e gode di una posizione molto buona per chi proviene dalla Gare de Lyon, com'è stato per noi. La nota migliore? Il personale, senza dubbio gentile e disponibile. Buon soggiorno!

Everything was as we look forward too, they have internet 3 eur for 1/2 hour, it s a small room but ok for are needs, very small bathroom but everything was clean. There is a breakfast included

When i got there i had to wait 2 hours to check in and by then the beds stilll hadn't been made. otherwise it was a very good hotel and safe neighborhood.

My student room (12 m2) looked really big after staying here... It was alot cleaner though except for the flooding toilet(luckily we could use other wcs). the french Breakfast was ok. And the location and neighbourhood are very good; reachable and safe with foodstores nearby.

Shower was included, not only WC!
Breakfast with café, orange juice, croissant, roll, jam and butter for only 3 Euros more was a nice price ;.
The hotel was OK and near 3 Metro and 1 Bus Stations.
