Vizinhança pouco agradável. Tive problemas na chegada, o recepcionista queria cobrar valor maior que o devido, alegando que o valor pago na reserva não ia para o hotel e outras taxas. Depois de mta discussão, ele fez comentário mal educado e tentou "errar" na conta. Foi muito desagradável. Se eu não tivesse levado a cópia da confirmação da reserva, teria tido problemas de cobrança a mais.

Clerk at the desk was impolite and rude. We was told that no reservation was made and we couldn't stay. We still haven't got back our money. They are swindlers and cheaters. Don't ever go there!! In addition the neighbourhood is dangerous.

le foto dell'hotel da internet non corrispondono alla realtà,sporco,la zona dell'hotel è"malfamata"e alcune stanze hanno l'odore puzzolente del ristorante che è sotto tanto che anche i nostri vestiti avevano preso quell'odore assurdo.morale:a mio parere l'hotel dovrebbe chiudere.

reservamos 2 hab. y solo tenian una,no lo solucionaron bien y encima nos cobraron las 2,nos fuimos del hotel al dia siguiente.

A very nice hotel, central, near metro and train station. helpful staff. the only minus is that you are slightly bothered by the noise of the metro that passes rught by the hotel

Onvriendelijk personeel. De site suggereert dat het verblijf inclusief ontbijt is. Het personeel maakte op onvrienlijke wijze duidelijk dat dat niet het geval is. Ook zou er een ruimte zijn om te ontbijten. Deze hebben wij niet gevonden. We mochten zelfs niet op de binnenplaats komen, dit zou prive zijn (terwijl er wel een foto van wordt getoond bij de overzichtsfoto's). Zeer kleine kamers met gammel meubilair. Het is dat de locatie goed was en we er alleen kwamen slapen. Verder had je hier niets te zoeken.
