Arolithos is a unique traditional private cretan village. It is built on the slope of a mountain, in the wild landscape of Crete. The village is a popular sightseeing in Crete. Arolithos is a small, charming, picturesque village near Heraklion. It is situated outside Heraklion, between the village Gazi and Tilissos. It lies on hill among carob trees and it has a beautiful view over the valley of Heraklion with the vineyards and the olive trees and the wild mountains of Crete. The hotel consists of many small houses which were constructed in the traditional architecture of Crete. Arolithos reminds us of how Crete was many years ago.
