概要

Cozy Home is a 3_bedroom apartment that one is for our guests. My apartment is near to historical places and famous gardens in Shiraz. Like Eram Garden, Holly Shrine, Karimkhan Complex (less than 5 km).
Two bus stations is near my home, so you can use them to visit many places that the tourists usually go.

I have a family of three, my wife like guests. We have a smart & friendly son in the first year of school. We are a happy and kind family. We all like guests and I hope you have nice time with

Cozy offers a private room, contains two futons,towels, a closet, a mirror, air conditioning, smoke alarm.
The bathroom is private for guest, but it is outside the room.
It will be available laundry machine, iron, hair dryer, TV, internet access and barbecue

Services and activities
The guests can use TV, kitchen and barbecue that are common with host.
We have a light breakfast for guests and we can provide lunch or dinner meals with extra payment. Additionally I may pick the guests up from airport or terminal to the home in the evenings.

Surroundings
The apartment is close to supermarket and fruit shop. restaurant and shop center is near here.
We have two bus stations you can use them to visit historical places in Shiraz.

Why should you stay with us
We like to know about different cultures & different countries.
From centuries ago our great grandparents live in Shiraz, so we know many things about history and culture of Shiraz.specially here is a homestay can make you familiar to real Iranian culture, and it would be different with a usual hostel.
We have a small surprise for our guests too.

Please leave the room in the last day before 14:00 when I have guests after you. But you can put your luggage to another room until night.

No sounds outdoor, feel free indoor.

Payment is accepted just in cash.
