Residence Fermi consists of 80 comfortable, well-equipped, air conditioned apartments in a new modern building with free parking and great access to the region’s major road network.

Each apartment features modern comforts and facilities, such as satellite TV, independent heating and a fully-equipped kitchen. 50,00 € caution is required at the arrival and it will be returned at check-out after receiving the keys and control of the good condition of the' flat as a result of the stay
