About us
In the snowy mountains of the Majella and the fascinating overflow of the Adriatic Sea, away from the busy city life, there is a unique place. An old asylum, reorganized and artfully born: Locanda del Vecchio Borgo.
The silent streets of the historical center in the town of Vacri (Ch) is the Locanda del Vecchio Borgo, a structure aimed at the rediscovery of old traditions. It is worth it to take a break and enjoy it to the hilt.


Accommodation
The Locanda has 5 suites (with livingroom with couch bed, a double room and a bathroom) tastefully renovated and furnished. They are decorated with different pastel colours, are equipped with mini-bar and tv and can receive up to 5/6guests. Three rooms have a balcony from which is possible to admire a wonderful view.

Services and activities
The restaurant with the beautiful view of Majella offers the possibility to taste the typical “Abruzzese” cuisine and to drink local wine, special beers and alcools. In the summer a beautiful garden could make romantic a good dinner.

Surroundings
To spend your holiday in good time, at 2 kms from the Locanda there is the “Foro River” where is possible to do horse riding and jogging. At 8 kms a golf course with 18 holes wait golf’s players.

The archeological museum 'CIVITELLA' in Chieti, the museum 'DANNUNZIANO' in Pescara.
The 'PARCO NAZIONALE D'ABRUZZO', the 'PARCO NAZIONALE DEL GRAN SASSO', the 'PARCO REGIONALE SIRENTE VELINO' and the 'LAGA MOUNTAIN' are all natural trails.
