This newly constructed apartment hotel is located in the heart of the Po Delta Park approximately 400 meters from the centre of Lido degli Estensi, a seaside resort of the Adriatic Coast not far away from Ferrara. It overlooks the new Marina and is composed of various types of apartments equipped with every comfort. It is ideal for families with children, but also for young people who wants to have fun.
The Residence is roughly 800 meters from a private beach of fine sand equipped with bar, snack and lunch bar, beach umbrellas and sun loungers, where you can take advantage of a special discount. Basketball, beach tennis, beach volleyball, bowling, group dances, Latin-American dance classes, theme evenings and many other leisure activities, entertainment and games are organised and free of charge.
There are 37 smartly constructed apartments of various types and sizes, which can accommodate from 2 to 6 people in various bed types. Situated on floors with large terraces equipped with barbecue, each apartment boasts air conditioning/heating, pre-programmed satellite TV, safe and cooking area complete with washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Parking space is right outside the residence.
