Il sorger del sole B&B is a romantic farmhouse B&B built in stone and steeped in history with the original terraced gardens and four acres of ancient olive groves. It is situated on tranquil Colle S.Giorgio (St George's Hill) with the walled medieval town of Cingoli, known as the 'Balcone of Le Marche', forming the backdrop. Its position commands breathtaking panoramic views of distant medieval towns on hilltops, Monte Conero and the Adriatic Sea.

Sunflowers romantic and spacious en-suite guest room is furnished with a comfortable and inviting classic double bed. It has a seating area with leather sofa, a full size fridge, DVD player with monitor, hairdryer, complimentary mineral water, tea and coffee, soap and shower gel. Italian breakfast is included in your room rate served until 9.30am and 11.00am on Sundays.

Roses is a romantic and charming room with private shower/dressing room right next to the bedroom. It is advertised as a twin room and could be made up as a double with comfortable and inviting king size bed - please advise your hosts after booking if you would like a double bed. Seating area, DVD player, fridge, bathrobes & hairdryer. Complimentary mineral water, tea and coffee,soap and shower gel. Italian breakfast served until 9.30am and until 11.00am on Sundays is included in your room rate.

Your guest room is cleaned daily and includes ample fluffy towels and bed linen which are changed regularly. Tourist information is provided. Free car parking in gated courtyard. Guests are free to come and go anytime they please.
