I checked in after 11 because of the traffic jam and they charged me 10 Euro per person for late check in. I told him the reason that why I am late but he keep saying doesn’t matter what reason but it’s our rule that anyone check in late they have to pay 10 Euro extra, do you still want to stay or not ? It’s really disappointed and surprised me that he was giving me option that it’s your wish that you want to stay here or not?? Where I find another hotel in midnight so I have to pay 10 Euro extra per person .. very disappointed

Everything was great. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there are no towels and soaps in the rooms (which was already in the description), and for luggage storage after check out they charge whole 5€!
The towels can be bought on the reception.

No room air conditioning despite it being on both mine and a friend (in a different room) separate booking. Staff had different stories as to why no A/C. Way too hot without it. Location ok.

I believe prices were unreasonably high for being a hostel. What's more my option was a non refundable one. I don't think it's normal that a 4 beds mixed room costs € 180 (i.e. € 45 for each bed). No breakfast included. The rest was fine.

Sono stata rubata ....diciamo che la colpa sia mia perché mi sono dimenticata una custodia a letto di notte con le ma svegliando alla mattina e non trovarla contenendo anche la mia carta di identità è brutto.
Un'altra segnalazione è il fatto che ho preso tre giorni li poi ho chiesto se potevo permanere nella sala di attesa che dovevo finire un ripasso dello studio che portavo con me e la signora ha detto che non potevo e dovevo andarmene dopo check out ...lo chiesto perché sono abituata a fare in altri hostel visto che sono tutti i fine settimana via ...l'altro staff ,invece ..un ragazzo è super gentile.

All the staff are helpful ans lovely, the location is very handy, and the place is nice. I loved it, for sure I will come back again

I truly recommend this place, I loved staying there and to be honest I can not wait to come back, the staff are friendly and helpful but the best one is the Asian girl from the morning shift, she is so nice, helpful and very friendly, thanks very much guys, I had a wonderful time

la verdad es que por el precio que pagas, la estancia merece totalmente la pena. está muy bien ubicado porque se encuentra tanto a 15/20 minutos andando al centro (Duomo) como a 5 minutos de la zona de los canales y de los bares y lugares para salir de noche. el personal súper agradable, las habitaciones limpias y acogedoras y los baños muy completos. volvería y lo recomendaría!
