The property is brand new, it opened just a few weeks ago (sep16) It's on the ground floor, very close to the beach, parking and garden available. Modernly furnished with lots of turquoise and white colors. spacious with kitchen, wifi, tv 32' and air conditioning.

There are 2 large rooms: a double room and a studio apartment fully equipped. It can host 5/6 people in total.

The location is the best in Pescara just 50mts from the beach, very residential with lots of trees
