położenie hotelu super, bo blisko do dworca i metra. Niestety akurat jak byłam w Rzymie było zimno i jak chciałam włączyć grzanie to "wywalało" korki. Podstawową inf., której nigdzie nie podano, że tam nie ma recepcji, tylko trzeba dzwonić, aby ktoś przyszedł i otworzył mieszkanie!!!!

Bardzo mila obsuga, czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażone pokoje z samodzielną całkowicie wyposażoną kuchnią i łazienką. Na przeciwko park, palmy, plac zabaw dla dzieci. 15min piechotą od Termini. Bardzo polecamy!

Vi ble flyttet fra det oprinnelige gjestehuset til en leilighet noen minutter lenger unna termini, men fortsatt i helt grei gangavstand til sentrum. leiligheten var fin, og det var veldig fint å ha eget kjøkken. (vi bestilte "2 bedroom apartment") området var hjemmekoselig, og uten det store turistmaset. eneste problemet vi hadde var med dusjen, der dusjhodet løsnet og vi fikk det ikke festet igjen så å dusje ble som å bruke en hageslange (med forholdsvis varmt vann). Generelt er vi fornøyd med oppholdet :)

We were booking a double bed room but at first the staff only gave us
twin bed room. The room was too small for two beds. Upon request, the
last day we were moved to a bigger room with double bed. The staff was
kind to carry my heavy luggage up to the stairs and to the room. The room is quite.

Solución de la queja presentada en el día (no funcionamiento de la calefacción).
Inconvenientes: nula indicación de su localización: creímos habernos perdido. Información en Internet no clara: confusión en cuanto a servicios ofertados.
Limpieza y presencia descuidadas (cortinas parcialmente descolgasa, sujeción mampara ducha suelta,...)

The place is well located, near Termini station, I'd just recommend to adjunct the reception address as this is different from the hostel building and it's easier go there instead of look for a telephone and call them, nevertheless the service and the place are very good, I don't regret staying in Rossana.

We booked an apatment at Rossana Guest House but it became clear at the dorr on arrival time that we will stay in another buliding a little bit far from it. But the apartment was good, big and calm.

Lo staff gentile, ma l'abbiamo visto solo il primo giorno. Dalle fotografie sembrava ci fosse una cucina a disposizione,ma noi non l'abbiamo trovata. La colazione era fino alle 11 e non alle 12 come segnalato. Comunque nel complesso buono il trattamento e la pulizia.

Raggiungibile dalla stazione Termini in pochissimi minuti a piedi.Accoglienza cordiale.Stanza matrimoniale abbastanza grande,di recente ristrutturazione,fornita di tutto il necessario,ordinata e pulita,lo stesso vale per il bagno.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Vi ho pernottato solo una notte ma è una sistemazione che consiglio.

Excellent location near Termini station. Room was very small, no TV, but a full bathroom. My room was clean and spotless everyday. It's not the Ritz Carlton, but it works. The owner/manager is a very cool guy.

NICE ROOM - BAD EXPIERENCE
We had ordered doublebed room, but when we arrived, we got 1-bed room with one bed and one extra bed (when we want to open the wardrobe or go away from room, we had to move the bed. It was realy impossible for two people to stay in this room more than one day). We were really upset and disappointed, so next day we tryied to discuss with manager to get what we have ordered, but he told us, that we have to pay more if we want a bigger room, or we could leave and he would give us back the money we have payied. We were arguing with him about half an hour...after this I was totaly exhousted and started to cry. Finaly he changed his attitude and started to be friendly and gave us the room which we have ordered and he invited us for a drink. After this, we spent there nice week and enjoyed the Rome. But this was realy earthshaking expierence. Our case wasn't the only one...when we were leaving we heard another person to be upset regarding the room.
(Our new room was realy meeting our imaginings while we were booking the accomodation - it was nice, quite big, clean, with ensuite bathroom and air-condition, fridge and TV). The only one thing which made the beginning of our holiday bed was the quarrel regarding the room...

Ens van canviar el lloc on haviem d'anar inicialment. Erem 3 persones i ens van separadar. L'apartament on vam anar 2 estava bé... però molt lluny de l'amic i del centre. (20 minuts caminant de Termini). A més ens van posar una altra parella a l'apartament sense consulta prèvia. L'amic estava en un hotel amb goteres, els ho va comentar i no van arreglar-l'hi el problema. A més no hi havia llibre de reclamacions.
El senyor que ens va atendre era molt correcte, però ens va distribuir com li va convindre.

Das Hostel ist sauber, tgl. Zimmerreinigung.
Sehr gute Lage, da in der Nähe des Termini. Trotzdem ruhige Gegend also kein Straßenlärm usw.
Das Frühstück gibt es im Cafe von "Roberto" -> liegt um die Ecke.
Wir waren drei Tage da. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.
Kommen wieder!

la atencion recibida por el personal del rossana house fue excelente. Buena limpieza, una localizacion muy buena justo al lado de la estacion Termini, por lo que esta muy bien comunicado. Si volviera a visitar Roma, no dudaria en volver a Rossana House.

La verdad es que no nos alojamos en el hostal, sino un apartamento. Días antes de llegar nos avisaron de que, por problemas con el agua, nos enviaban a un apartamento cercano bien equipado a unos 3 minutos en coche, en el barrio de San Lorenzo. Todo esto con el mismo precio.¡Y genial! En la puerta del hostal nos esperó Durso, uno de los trabajadores del hostal. Nos llevó y nos recogió el día de partida llevándonos a Termini, donde salía el bus para el aeropuerto. El trato exquisito, supereducado y muy simpático. El apartamento magnífico, la zona muy tranquila... En fin, que si bien no conozco en sí las instalaciones del hostal, por el trato, seriedad y profesionalidad que han mostrado, recomiendo sin lugar a dudas este hostal.

The place was near the train station but when i checked in the owner said that there was no air conditioning for my room cause the price booked was cheap. The website only stated "PS: private rooms with shared bathroom not included air-conditioning and TV Satellite." The room i booked was with private bathroom!!!
