Venice Residence I

Great location, clean and convenient. Area with lots of character. Had to pay 50 euros instead of the 20 euros mentioned on the website (cash) for late check-in though.

quartier calme proche du vaporetto ca d'oro (attention plusieurs studios)le mien était clair et grand avec clim , cuisine mais pas microondes. Tele uniquement en italien. Globalement bien.

il posto è molto buono, se si vuole visitare bene e intensivamente la città l'ideale. Pulito e ben attrezzato, cmq soprattutto adatto a chi non ha grandi esigenze di spazio e comfort e abbisogna di un posto per dormire al centro di Venezia. Qualche svantaggio per via della posizione al piano terra, il che a Venezia non è il massimo.

tout été bien sauf la douche ou il faut vraiment réinvestir.

La posizione è ottima e il locale è molto silenzioso. L'appartamento non è pulito, specie la cucina, le vettovaglie, il box doccia e l'interno di qualsiasi cassetto. La doccia alterna un flusso di acqua calda a uno di acqua fredda. Il divano letto ha un materasso molto sottile perciò può risultare scomodo. Il riscaldamento funziona bene, ma per chi dovesse soggiornarvi d'estate c'è solo un ventilatore e NON l'aria condizionata. Il TV ha 1 solo canale: Rai 1.

L'apartament en general estava en bones condicions però el terra quan caminaves s'enganxava una mica. La zona d'ubicació és perfecte i molt tranquila (no vam tenir cap problema per dormir).

Nice and clean,not expencive. Nice position as well, just what we wanted.

The apartment was in a wonderful location. 15 minutes from Rialto and about 20 minutes from St. Mark's Square. There were many restaurants nearby.

Kleines, ruhiges Appartment mitten in der Stadt, Super-Lage, allerdings wenig Tageslicht, da enge Gasse, Erdgeschoß, für "normale" Ansprüche zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistungsverh. für Venedig ok

Очень понравилось отношение. В Венеции нам позвонили, встретили, подарили карту с указанием ближайшего супермаркета, рынка, ресторана, магазина одежды, достопримечательностей. Все необходимое внутри есть.

Apartment was clean with a kitchen and a large bathroom. There was even an TV, Rai Uno only ;-)Only problem was the sofa bed, mattress was so thin we felt all the springs. 2 Minute walk from the vaporetto stand San Toma, just between San Marco and the Rialto bridge. Rialto was a 15 minute walk.from the apartment.

two points schould be done very soon: 1. the very uncomfortable and worn out sofa-bed should be renewed; 2. the shower (esp. the suspension) should be repaired

The sofa-bed is broken and doesn't bring any kind of comfort.

Nice apartment,quite, close to the city center and perfect if you want to live Venice totally free.

Appartamento carino, in un ottima posizione, tranquillo e non distante da Rialto, San Marco e la Stazione. Non lontani supermercati, ristoranti e fermata del vaporetto. Perfetto per viversi la città liberamente. Lo consiglio vivamente anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo visto che gli alberghi sono cari e quelli economici mi sono stati sconsigliati...

The little kitchen and the site are the best of this appartment.But the room doesn't have any view at all, despite the suggestive pictures on the site of hostelsclub. And the bed is very bad. And we didn't like to wait for one and half hour for help when we could not get hot water.
