non prenotate mai a questo ostello.. ho prenotato con acconto e nei giorni dopo mi hanno chiamato dicendomi che la prenotazione non era valida e di disdire...quando disdendo avrei perso anche i soldi della caparra.. quindi gli ho fatto presente tutto questo e mi hanno attaccato il telefono in faccia e non mi hanno piu risposto.. meno male che sono riuscito a recuperare i soldi della caparra tramite il sito degli ostelli.. don t book this hostel.. before i paid and then thay told me that the reservation is not valid.. bad service

Wyslanie mi linka do wystawienia opinii o hotelu jest szczytem bezczelnosci i chamstwa ze strony hostelclub. Dzien po dokonaniu rezerwacji i zaplaceniu zaliczki oraz otrzymaniu potwierdzenia rezerwacji hotel mnie poinformowal ze nie ma zadnej rezerwacji i nie jest to ich problem. Po wymianie dyskusji na FB hostelclub otrzymalam info ze powinnam byla rozmawiac w hotelu bezposredniu z Pania X ... Serio? Hostel sie wypial i zepsul mi weekend bo nie mialam juz czasu szukac czegokolwiek w tym terminie. PIERWSZY I OSTATNI RAZ Z HOSTELCLUB::: BRAK SZACUNKU O KLIENTA

Preis-Leistung sehr gut, sauber, freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet super. Stadtrandlage, jedoch 10-15 Autominuten ins Zentrum

Für eine Nacht toskanisches Flair mit sehr nettem Personal, besonders Maria (Gruß von uns), auch das Gartenambiente mit Tieren aussen herum. Sehr nett!

The hotel is practically outside Verona, so I would recommend it only if you have a car. The internet connection's name differs in one half of the hotel, (it has 2 parts and although it says No.250, you should go 159 first!). The air-conditioner wasn't on, because if was off-season. Great if you want peace and quiet, for all the other reason, you might try another place. 2.50 daily for tourists must be payed as well!!!

Für Durchreisende geeignet, für einen Städtetrip nach Verona nicht. Liegt weit außerhalb der Innenstadt und ist wie eine Art Bauernhof eingerichtet (Achtung: auf jeden Fall Mückenspray mitnehmen!) sehr hellhörig zu den Nachbarzimmern. Personal etwas ruppig.

Muy bien Hostel! Sólo la dirección no era la correcta, cuando llegue alguien fue por mi y me llevo a otro muy cerca!
Muy lindo lugar, sólo que se requiere auto xq está a las afueras de Verona y no pasan autobuses, sólo hay uno que pasa cada mil.

Unfriendly owners
The room was not at the given address but in another building at 1.5 km of distance while you had to go back to the main site for breakfast.
They didn't give us an invoice for the payment and pretended that my card wasn't working.
Room was ample and clean but I cannot honestly recommend this hostel.

positivo: strutturato come mini appartamenti più che come albergo. pulizia buona, accoglienza professionale. A 5 minuti in macchina dalla fiera. negativo: Zona Colazione esterna solo in veranda. lontano da tutto a piedi. rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Stupid idea with windows to the neighbouring room. They had the light on all night, which lit up all our room with no sleep as a result.And a lot lot of noise from the water heater !!!!!!!

I would absolutely not recommend this place.When we arrived we had to be let by another guest who showed us where he thought our room was.The room was cramped, and the heating was so slow coming on that we couldn't get into bed for hours.The next morning there was no hot water for a shower.It is a LONG way from Verona town centre, so unless you have a car forget it.And it is advertised as a bed and breakfast-this is not true.We didn't see any member of staff for our whole stay, never mind get breakfast.

Instead of the promissed B&B we got only 2 cups of coffee per person. On arrival we found on the gate a message in 4 languages with a telephone number to call for reception. Unfortunately in the english version the phone number was wrong!

We were surprised cause when we arrived we found a closed gate, with an inscription : to have instructions, call the following number... But the owners are very sympathetics, the place really pleasant and comfortable. The only negative point is that it is far from the city center, but there is a bus station quite near.

Diese Übernachtungsmöglichkeit ist mit Abstand die Überraschung unserer Reise gewesen. Das Studioappartment ist sehr geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet. Bis zur ARENA sind ca. 4 km (mit dem Auto kein Problem). Dafür ist ein Einkaufscenter nur 500 m. entfernt. Alles in einem ist dieser Hostel ein absoluter Tipp sowohl für kurze als auch für lange Aufenthalt in Verona, wenn man vor allem das hohe Preisniveau anderer Hotels zum Vergleich heranzieht.

is a lovely place, and if u have a car is great for centre verona, otherwise a problem. Big drawback is that u cannot really use the kitchen, because only 1 electric appliance can be used at 1 time !! 2 electric rings is already too much and u blow the circuits

Kellemes, de olcsó szállás a várostólközponttól kb. 10 percre. Nem túl nagy de belülről szép a fürdő pedig tiszta. Túl sok reggelire ne számítsunk...
Érkezéskor telfonon kellet bejeletkezni (angolul) és akkor kaptunk tályékoztatást a többiről...(bár nem találkoztunk a többi vendégen kívül senkivel...). Ennyi pénzést éppen megfelelő, előszoba, 1 hálószoba és egy fürdő.

The hotel is a little bit far from the center of Verona, but is very close to many malls. The house is really very charming, clean and beautiful! The WC was very good and there's a parking inside the place. When you get there, you have to call the owner, because there's no one there, so you need a cell phone or a public telephone. Anyway, I suggest this place for families that want to spend a good time in Verona!
