Ala Hostel is located at the heart of Riga on one of the oldest streets in the old city. And not just the street, but the beautiful, fully renovated building itself is over 700 years old.

Ala Hostel has the perfect location, which guarantees that you will get in to the any point of interest at maximum speed

Each floor of the hotel our guests can use the rest room, equipped with sofas, chairs, refrigerator, cupboards, dishes, a comfortable dining table, microwave, kettles, and a sink, thus our guests have the opportunity to prepare themselves to eat. On each 2-3 rooms is a separate lounge, shower and toilet.

Our reception is opened 24/7 and our administrators are probably the most joyfull administrators you will know. With a smile on their face they will help you to find information you need, print out maps, get information about evens, tell where is the best place to eat, where to find the wildest parties or some quiet and romantic place for two.

Ala Hostel is three minutes from the bus stop, which leads from the airport, five minutes to the bus station and central station, and when you are checked in, just open the Ala Hostel door, to be situated in the charming Old Town.

Double / Single rooms
Double rooms are equipped with comfortable double bed, a functional work desk, chairs, wardrobe and mirror. In some double room as a decorative element is uncovered centuries-old brick wall or a part of it. Through the rooms window you can see the historic street and houses or cozy atrium.

Dorm rooms
Our Dorms - no army barracks or countless members. At Ala Hostel dorm rooms are made to gain maximum comfort and equipped so that every guest can have a private space. Dorm rooms are equipped with comfortable single and bunk beds, tables, chairs, wardrobe and mirror. Open the windows for a breathtaking view to the Old Town.


Family rooms
You can come to relax with your kids or your friends. Rooms are equipped with two double beds, comfortable, large wardrobe, mirror, utility desks and chairs. One type of family room windows are oriented to the quiet courtyard, but on the other room windows overlooking the old town houses.

Studio apartment
We offer one exclusive studio apartment. This is best if you are coming with a family, friends and as well if you are seeking a quiet and romantic place for two...
The studio apartment is equipped with a specially developed circular bed and especially large and comfortable double bed. You can add additional bunk. Studio Apartament has a beautifull private bathroom. You will also find a television, refrigerator, designers glass table, chairs and a wardrobe mirror in the room.Through the windows overlooking the Old City of representative, romantic red tiles roofs.
