Nice and clean accomodation. Very friendly and serviceminded, english-speaking staff.

But: Too much noise from the corridor outside the rooms at night, mainly caused by young people, who used the corridor as a partyroom.

The hotel management/the owner ought to do something about the hall and the staircase, when you enter from the yard. The hall has some holes, that needs repair, and the staircase needs to be cleaned and shined-up.

Furthermore: Please, put up some bedside lamps and arrange, that there is more than one hanger in the wardrobe.

But: All in all: A very nice stay in Vilnius.

good located, close to railway station, 10 min to old town. very friendly staff, breakfast was included.

Obsługa wymaga wpłaty całej należnosci w momencie zameldowania.

Dostalismy sie do drugiej siedziby Florens ale nawet lepiej bo bylo spokojniej. Poza tym czysto, sniadania smazczne.

PS Drugi pilot jest od klimatyzacji ;)

Everything was excellent except they did not provided the breakfast to us (they did provide the food inside the fridge but I need to cook it myself). And I do not think any tourist would like spent time and cook breakfast themselves.

Friendly, efficient, thoughtful staff who cannot do enough for you, great position on the edge of the old town, stay here.
