The holiday home is situated on a private hill, but is still only a 5-minute walk from the Signal Hill Observatory Tower & 5-minute drive from the Kota Kinabalu Jetty and local attractions such as the Gaya Street Market, Kinabalu Wetlands Bird Park, KK Esplanade, and the Atkinson Clock Tower. It is a 15-minute drive from Kota Kinabalu International Airport and 30 minutes by boat to the islands of Sapi, Mamutik, Sulug, Gaya and Manukan. Our 3-storey resort-styled villa is able to accomodate a maximum of 12 people. The holiday home features peaceful living and dining areas and 4 bathrooms with hot shower facilities. It also offers a kitchen with full-facilities which guest can use to do their own cooking. A chargeable laundry service, cable TV and DVD player are included.
