About us
Curiocity Johannesburg is situated in the most vibrant cultural neighborhood, the Maboneng Precinct.

The premises at 302 Fox Street was originally the premises of Pacific Press, whose owners printed the publications for The Black Sash Movement as well at the ANC’s Fighting Talk publication during the apartheid regime at their own risk.
It seems that Nelson Mandela, Joe Slovo and Tokyo Sexwale took refuge in the building on several occasions.

Accommodation
There are 12 rooms and 66 beds ranging from Dorm type rooms to Standard doubles and an en suite double room.

Services and activities
Guests can prepare their own meals in the shared kitchen which is fully equipped with an oven and fridge. The bedrooms have a balcony with a pool view and a mini-bar. There are towels available in the bathrooms.
