ホステルへのアクセス方法：

From the Airport:

There are many ways to arrive at the hostel but the street where it is located is small and not well known so we STRONGLY suggest that you follow our instructions and you will find it easily and without getting lost.
At Barcelona's airport:
At the exit of each terminal you should take the the AEROBUS.


Get off at PLAZA ESPAÑA


Take the metro, green line direction TRINITAT NOVA.
Get off at a station named DRASSANES (three stations)
Locate yourself in LAS RAMBLAS with your back towards the sea.


On your left look for a big building and a parking called ATARAZANES

Take the street on the right of the parking. The name of the street is MONTSERRAT.

Take it for 50 meters.

The next street is GUARDIA.

Take that street for one block


After 20 meters on Guardia street you will find a bar called LA CONCHA

The building is the door next to the bar TO THE LEFT
The number is 14BIS, THIRD FLOOR, SECOND DOOR
You should ring where it says FRANCISCO Y LILIANA (3-1 or 3-2).
PLEASE DO NOT RING ON THE OTHER FLATS!!!

Total walking time should be 3 minutes from LAS RAMBLAS.

From GIRONA'S AIRPORT:

If you fly with Ryanair you will arrive at Girona Airport.

At Girona's airport you should take the bus that will take you to Barcelona. It is about one hour away from Barcelona.

At the bus station in Barcelona take the metro (RED line) direction Hospital de Bellvitge.
Get off at PLAZA CATALUÑA.
Change lines to line GREEN direction ZONA UNIVERSITARIA.
Get off at a station named DRASSANES (two stations)
Locate yourself in LAS RAMBLAS with your back towards the sea.
On your left look for a big building and a parking called ATARAZANES.

Go to that parking.



Take the street on the right of the parking. The name of the street is MONTSERRAT.
Take it for 50 meters.
The next street is GUARDIA.
After 20 meters on Guardia street you will find a bar called LA CONCHA.
The building is the door next to the bar TO THE LEFT.
The number is 14BIS, THIRD FLOOR, SECOND DOOR

You should ring where it says FRANCISCO Y LILIANA (3-1 or 3-2)

Late arrival after 22.00: 5 Euros per hour.

We will wait for one hour and a half of your estimated arrival time. If you do not arrive, we will cancel the reservation and we will considered the reservation as No Show. You will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

PAYMENT:

Only cash accepted.

Payments at the arrival.

After the reservation, you will charge the first 2 nights. If the credit card is not valid, we will cancel the reservation.

We will send you an email with all the details of the reservation.

We don't accept American Express.

For every reservation over 200 Eur, we will charge the client's credit card (50% of the total) in order to guarantee the reservation itself.

If the credit card is not valid, we will cancel the reservation.

FOR ALL THE RESERVATIONS FROM THE 27TH OF DECEMBER 2012 UNTIL THE 2ND OF JANUARY 2013, we will charge 50% of the balance due to pay at the hostel. If your credit card is refused, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

CANCELLATIONS:

7 days before the arrival date.

We understand that sometimes the program changes, but, to cancel the reservation you have to write an email 7 days before the arrival date.

Otherwise, you will be charged with the total amount of the reservation.

We do not refund the amount of the reservation in case of No Show or Early Check Out

We don't accept any change of the reservation. If you want to modify, please, cancel the reservation and book again.

NATIONALITY: All the reservations made from countries that need VISA to enter in the U.E (South and Central America, Mexico, Turkey, Russia and others) have different conditions: we will charge the total amount of the reservation in advance. This amount is not refundable. If the credit card is not valid, the reservation will be cancelled.


**Serenity Hostels keeps save the personal information and the credit card number. This information will be used to process the reservation.**
