Welcome to Baboona Beachfront Living...built in January of 2005, we offer an unique beachfront living destination with the view of the Pattaya Bay, situated on the happening beach road of North Pattaya. With our hotel-liked serviced apartment ambience, the building itself provides you the best comfort and is designed for the twenty-first century traveller. Its 39 rooms provide you the amenities to ensure comfort with quality that make your first visit become a life-long visiting experience.

Location:
Pattaya Beach is at the centre of the half moon crescent that makes up the Pattaya Bay coastline with Nakula Beach to the north and Jomtien Beach to the south.

CONDITIONS

1.Room Rates include 10% service charge and 7% VAT and are based on per room per night basis.
2.All room rates include breakfast for up to 2 persons.
3.Each room type can accommodate up to 2 persons. Extra bed is not applicable.
4.There is no extra charge for children under the age of 12, sharing the same room with their parents.ABF for child@100THB
5.Check in time at 1400 hrs and check out time at 1200 noon.
6.Reservation is held until 4 p.m. only, unless guaranteed by credit card or first night deposit.
7.No Show will carry a penalty fee of 1 night.
8.Cancellations for Low Season (1 Apr 10 - 31 Oct 10/1-12 Apr 11/ 16 Apr 11 - 31 Oct 11), can be made at least 2 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 1 night.
9.Cancellations for High Season (1 Nov 10 - 23 Dec 10/ 5 Jan - 31 Mar 11) can be made at least 5 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 1 night.
10. Cancellations for Peak Season (24 Dec 10 - 4 Jan 11), can be made at least 7 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 3 nights.
