I booked in this hotel but I didn't stay there. Even I made a reservation and show them the paper I had printed, they told me there is no room available. They refounded me reservation fee then I went looking for another hotel.

Quite comfortably situated, trams to center nearby. If travelling by car use nearby underground parkings, parking in the centre is a bit problematic.

The position of the hotel is very good and the staff is friendly. The bathroom was also quite clean but still a lot of hair on the floor in the rest of the room. However, good breakfast and cheap rooms.

Väl värt pengarna. Mer som ett hotell än pensionat. Frukost ingår och fint rum. Spårvagn stannar utanför dörren. Gratis dator med internet vid receptionen. Rekommenderas

La habitación estaba en el subsuelo del edificio, por lo tanto no tenía una buena ventilación. El baño no estaba limpio, había jabón líquido en el piso que parece no lo limpiaron en semanas. Olía a cañería... Además, se filtraba mucho el ruido. El colchón de la cama estaba muy viejo. El desayuno excelente, la ubicación muy buena. Seguramente las habitaciones de la planta superior eran mejores que la que me dieron a mí.

très petite chambre. Propreté: ok. compte tenu du prix c'est ok mais il ne faut pas avoir trop d'attente. wi-fi qui ne fonctionne pas régulièrement.

Camera/bagno puliti, accoglienti, comodi. Arredamento gradevole. Colazione varia e abbondante. TV e PC in rete. Personale gentile. Albergo perfettamente collegato. Rapp. qualità/prezzo elevatissimo.

Hard time to get there since there was no direction written in English. Shower curtain was not wide enoughm, so there was water leak onto the floor. There were insects in the shower room. I had some insects bites. Itchy now.

pension bien située,personnel sympathique et prévenant, efficace, mais quand il fait chaud à Vienne, ils ne sont pas équipés pour( manque climatisation)

O hotel é ótimo, as pessoas são muito gentis e a localidade é marvilhosa só tive problemas em pagar com cartão de crédito. O hotel prefere que as pessoas paguem com dinheiro, porém eu não tinha a quantia para pagar, depois de tanta conversa consegui utilizar co cartão, portanto acho que se o hotel não gosta que os hóspedes paguem com cartão deveriam tirar essa facilidade do estabelecimento.

Great place! Near the bus station and close to the city center, the staff is nice and helpfull. I stayed there for 3 nights. I will recommend it to all my friends. Great for families too. Great breakfast.

Really nice staff.
The room I stayed is clean, wide, and it seems that was recently furnished.
The parking lot is indoor, about 5-10 min walking and costs 12 eur a night.
The hotel is quite well located although it's 20 min walking from the city center.

Pension Vera ligt mooi centraal; de tram stopt voor de deur maar je kan ook naar het centrum lopen. In eerste instantie moet je even zoeken waar de ingang is, maar als je binnen komt maakt dit alles goed. Het is een mooi oud gebouw en de kamer zijn ruim voor de prijs die ervoor wordt gevraagd. Daarnaast stralen ze ook gezelligheid uit. Iedere dag worden de handdoeken verschoont. De mevrouw in de ontbijtzaal was erg aardig. Ik was in Wenen met nog 5 andere dames en die waren even tevreden als ik!

I am a Chinese girl travel to viena myself. This hotel is definitely a good hotel. The place is good ,near university viene, easily to the attactive place. The room is clean, the towels are new and soft. The host is in good manner. Breadfast is quite good,and even can carry some for the lunch. The lady is so kind. I will definitely book the same hotel if I go to viene again and I recommend others to that hotel too.

I booked a room with 3 beds for 2 nights.The price for a room of 1,2,or 3 beds is too good to belive it.The position of the hotel is perfect and very easy to get to it.With a map you can find it very quick.The position is perfect,a tram staion(urban railway) is right in front of it.The cleanliness is perfect.The view of my room was in a back yard,small one,but quiet.The fun factor it does not matter for me.I went to see Wien,not to spend it in the hotel.Personality...hm..it is good,everyone got the same service,the race or age did not matter there.The staff was always glad to answer to our questions,about directions,what to visit,how to get there.We got a map and in an hour we knew how to visit Wien.Still I got to say it again,the position is perfect from my point of view,a simple walk takes you to the center of Wien,to the Ring and let us not forget the prices for a room is good to anyone.I will for shure book again a room here.I loved it,
