From Rio you have to take the bus at the Novo Rio Bus Terminal and then the bus company is Fácil or Única. Get off in front of CASA DO ALEMÃO in the main gate of the city and grab a taxi to the area of São Sebastião close to the main church. It is very simple.
A taxi would cost no more than 15 reais.
