About us
At Tamarindo you will find a calm, warm and friendly atmosphere, great service, clean comfortable rooms, keyless entry and complete tourist information. Tamarindo opened in 2007 and has had the same staff for the past 6 years.

Accommodation
Hostal Tamarindo has two shared dorms and six private rooms. Only two of our private rooms have private bathrooms. One of our dorms has single beds and the other has bunkbeds. Linnens and towels are provided free of charge. We have hot water all day!

Services and activities
Hostal Tamarindo has a well equipped open kitchen, free wi-fi, a computer for guest use, a TV room, reading areas and a small gym. For a fee we also provide same day laundry service.

Surroundings
We are located 3 blocks from Parque Lleras in El Poblado, the best area of Medellin. Just a few meters away you'll find a very complete mini market, an ATM machine, coffee shops, bakeries, a free outdoor gym and a basketball court.

Easily accessible by Poblado bus #134 or 133ii Metro bus. 15 Blocks uphill from metro station. Walking distance to Lleras and Poblado parks. Half a block from Exito mini-market. 1.5 blocks from Divina Eucaristía church. 3 km.south of downtown Medellin.
