Hostel Explorer ideally located in the historical center of Zagreb, within a walking distance to all major tourist attractions, shopping, bars, restaurants and nightlife, easy to reach from bus and train station as well as from the airport.

We accommodate our guests in comfortable dorms and private rooms.

One place that really gives Explorer its special character and atmosphere is our unique, cozy common room - with original brick walls and arches it resembles an old wine cellar or a castle. It is the heart of our hostel - its a living room, lounge, a place to relax, listen to music, watch a film on 65' screen , play games on playstation 4pro, surf the free Internet, hang out, meet people, share a beer with your new friends.

From our doorstep Zagreb is easy to explore. Just a couple of steps away is the Zagreb's main street Ilica and in less than 10 minutes walk you can reach all of Zagreb's top sights, as well as museums, antiques market, top bars and clubs. And when you decide to go exploring the popular places outside the city center - the tram station is just around the corner! In our neighborhood you can find everything a traveler might need - ATMs and exchanges, supermarkets, an open market and places to eat

If you want to explore Zagreb little bit more, our staff will guide you in the evenings and show you around some great places to go out.
